Important Events

In this part, you can record your important work and personal events such as an anniversary of the company, business successes and anything else that you think it’s important in your life.

All of us know that planning has a critical role in our life. With planning, we can manage our lives better and important events are a part of our life that need planning.

For example, you have an important meeting for the next month or you want to celebrate your child’s birthday and you are concerned about forgetting the date of these events and meetings so you need to remind yourself of these dates constantly; and today, due to the large amount of work, remembering life plans, including small and large daily tasks, important work appointments and important events in our lives may be a little difficult.

But don’t worry, because OneRemind software helps you in all aspects of your life. This planning software has different parts to record your plans, tasks, appointment, and so on. The Important Events section is one of these parts that we introduce in the following.

 

The Important Event section has seven categories by default, and you can delete this categorization or add a new category.
This part is like other parts and you can add a new category, by clicking the Category button (tree diagram icon).

By clicking each category, you can see the recorded events that are related to that category. The category of Show all shows all recorded events for all categories in a list.

To add a new Important event, click on Add button.

In this step, fill the field Title with the name of the event, then determine the related category. In the Description part, write your desired planning or anything else that you think is needed to be reminded. After that set the time and date and click on Add button.
